Energy Regulatory Work Programmes

There is a lot going on in the energy regulation world.  The chart below shows the ongoing major regulatory workstreams that impact the B2B market. This doesn't include everything (there are plenty of other code modifications in progress) but these wider policy areas are actively being driven by Ofgem and BEIS. They don't just add uncertainty and complexity to suppliers’  cost base but also have operational and IT implications which compete with other changes to deliver service and performance improvements.  However, suppliers have to keep on top of these industry-wide changes to remain in the market.
