You can also send us your meter reading through our webchat service (available during business hours, Monday to Friday), by logging into your online account or by emailing us at [email protected] (please include your MPAN/MPR and account number). 

Meter reads can be submitted at any time, but for accurate billing please submit gas/electricity readings between the 24th to the last day of each month.
