We have been made aware that some customers have received calls claiming to be from our Smart Metering department, asking for a fee to fix a faulty meter.
Please be vigilant of any such calls and never provide any financial information - this not something we would ask for in a genuine call to book AMR or Smart meter installations. If you believe you have been targeted, please contact our customer service team.
