Who can request information on my contract from you?

As our customer you will find information including your current prices and contract end date on your invoice. Should you require further information please either email as at [email protected] or use our webchat.

We will provide contractual information, when provided with a valid Letter of Authority (LOA) to the Third Party Intermediary (TPI), who negotiated the current contract on your behalf. To ensure your data is protected we will not provide to alternative TPI's even when a valid LOA, signed by you, is provided.
