Welcome to our New Service Offering

We are enhancing our services by introducing a new offering designed to improve the support we provide for your business. All our customers will embark on this journey and will eventually transition to the new service. Your account has been selected as an early adopter, allowing you to utilise the new service and play a role in shaping the transition process.

You will receive a new account number that begins with "A-". Additionally, you will be assigned to a dedicated customer service team and gain access to updated processes for managing your account. Your invoice will have a new look and feel, along with an updated bank account number. Once the new portal is fully developed, you will also have access to enhanced features to help you better manage your account.  

You will still be able to access your invoices from before the migration through your invoicing portal. After the migration, your invoices will be managed through the new portal. Access to your old account may be limited, so it's important to save any information you might need before the transition. Rest assured, our customer service team can access all your previous invoices if necessary.

No, your energy contract will remain the same. The migration only affects your account management and service team.

As previously set up on your account, your invoices will be sent to you via email to the same email address that is configured on your current account.  

As a Direct Debit customer, you do not need to take any action. Your payments will continue to be processed automatically as scheduled. The reference number you see against the payment will remain the same. If any delays occur in collecting your payment, we will notify you immediately.

If you have a smart or AMR meter, you will also be able to view your half hourly energy usage.
