Crown Commercial Service have developed and awarded a legally single supplier framework for natural gas, additional and decarbonisation services. The framework requirement and tender evaluation model were developed by CCS in consultation with central Government and wider public sector customers.
On 9th January 2023, the government announced a new scheme called the Energy Bills Discount Scheme (EBDS). This scheme would provide a reduced level of support for non-domestic customers
The Energy Bills Discount Scheme will run for 12 months, from April 1, 2023 to March 31, 2024. Its aim is to provide stability to consumers in a constantly changing energy market.
As discounts will be automatically applied, eligible non-domestic customers do not need to take any action.

Kevin is the most recent addition to the public sector team joining in February 2021. He has over 25 years’ experience engaging with customers to cultivate strong working relationships. Senior Sales Relationship Manager
Alex joined TotalEnergies in 2015 and has held several roles across our Gas Operations teams, including AMR and Energy Services. He started his TotalEnergies career as an AMR Co-ordinator before moving over to Energy Services as a Data Analyst and then Team Leader.
Public Sector Customer Service Manager
Claire has been with TotalEnergies Gas & Power for 16 years. In this time Claire has held a number of roles. In her current role as Public Sector Customer Service Manager, Claire is responsible for a 35 strong team, their main responsibility is to be the first point of contact for all customer support.
Servicing Team Manager
Beki has been with TotalEnergies Gas & Power for 12 years, in this time she has spent a lot of time working on large Public Sector contracts. Beki started her career as an account manager and has successfully progressed into a management role having spent time working in both sales and servicing departments.
Senior Sales Relationship Manager
Alex has spent over four years at TotalEnergies Gas & Power. Having gained industry experience during three years in the sales operations team, he became a Senior Sales Relationship Manager in September 2022 and is responsible for oversight and escalations on all school and local government contracts.
