1.Ensure your existing
account does not have
any outstanding debt
Ask your supplier for an account
statement so you can make sure
there’s nothing outstanding.

2.Submit your site
additions
You will need to ensure that the
start date follows directly on from
the end date with your old supplier.

3.Allow Sufficient Time
Once you have submitted your site
additions to us we will begin the process.
Providing the data you have
supplied corresponds with that
held by the industry database
(Xoserve) we will apply for the
site transfer.
